The United States Financial Group (USFG), the Wall Street based company which owns the investment bank Klein Maus and Shire, has announced that two Fortune 500 businessmen have joined its board of directors: Leonard H Yablon and Joseph Antonini. Klein Maus and Shire became the first full-service Muslim-owned investment bank in the United States in 1996, serving more than 3,000 institutional and high net worth investors around the world. Its activities include venture capital, initial public offerings and secondary offerings, private placement, underwriting, research, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, consultancy and Islamic investment banking. The USFG has recently announced its plans to float shares in the public markets of the Gulf. Joseph Antonini is the former chairman, president and CEO of K-Mart Corporation, which has annual sales of about US$32 billion (Dhs117.4 billion)
